Oesterlars Round ChurchThere are four round churches on Bornholm - very unique for Denmark, and no-one really knows why they are round.Some theories relate them to the Knights Templars - something which interested Asta immensely, since she had seen the movie "Treasure of the Knights Templars", which was shot on Bornholm. She even managed to find the gravestone which - according to the movie - hid the entrance to a hidden crypt :-) This particular church was built around 1150. |
