Stalls like these are quite common in the Danish countryside. They are unmanned and based entirely on trust (although the box for the money is commonly bolted to the stall :-)
So Asta plunked in a 20 Kroner coin (about 3.5 USD) and we left with two pounds of very fresh potatoes.
