Hammershus - II

This is the main building of the fortress - built around 1250. The resident storyteller - properly dressed in medieval attire - vividly told the story about the King's trusted advisor, who committed treason, almost ruined the country and was imprisoned at Hammershus, from which he and his wife made a daring escape.

The kids also had great fun trying to solve a (fictional) medieval murder mystery, where they had to visit the various parts of the fortess and answer questions.
