Running Sushi
More food: A nice, local, evening meal near Ueno Station.
The concept is simple. There is a conveyor belt running around the cooking area - chef in the middle - and the plates are color-coded to indicate the price of each piece of sushi. At the the end of the meal, the waiter counts how many of each colour is in your pile of empty plates.
The Chef suggested himself that they make some wasbi-free rolls for the kids. Very tasty - and not expensive at all.
