Getting your Feet Wet

This is what most of Ito is about today - coming down from Tokyo for the beaches.
Our kids had a great time, once they got over the fact that the sand was pitch-black, especially when wet. A clear sign that Mount Fuji was not far away, although the last eruption dates back to 1707.
There were rather prominent "height above sea level" markers everywhere across town in case of Tsunamis, but we didn't show those to the kids...
